Delightful Wednesday – It’s Still All About The Guys!

Hello there! I’m sneaking back here again! J

Ok it is my turn today to show a Wednesday project on the Digital Delights blog and the theme Sandy and I chose for June is Masculine Projects!

So to follow on from my SPIDER STEVIE creation for my last Digital Delights post I have used another of Wendy’s fab superhero images called CAPTAIN COLIN!

Now I have to confess to having to stare at LOTS of images of Chris Evans playing Captain America to get the colours right for this guy (a tough job but someone had to do it!!). OK so it’s only red, blue and silver but I wanted to be accurate!! J Wendy also does a coloured version of COLIN which I COULD have used for my inspiration however I thought my time was better with Chris. Can’t imagine why!! J

As I mentioned before COLIN is only one of many fab Superhero characters that Wendy has created and they can be found HERE and as part of a super value set HERE. A must-have for any Avengers fans out there!! Me, me!!

Ingredients:

Image: CAPTAIN COLIN

Sentiment: THE SUPERHERO SENTIMENT SET

Dies: Tonic ‘Stars’

Punches: X-Cut Small Palm Punch ‘Star’

Embossing Folders: Do-crafts ‘Stars’ – Creative Expressions A4 ‘Frosty Swirls’

Paper/Card: Neenah Solar White – Various from stash

Colouring/Ink: Spectrum Noir markers & pencils

So suit up and heroically march over to the Digital Delights Blog where every day there is something to inspire you and don’t forget to visit the shop for all of Wendy’s fabulous designs!

Delightful Wednesday – It’s All About The Guys!

Hello there! I’m back again!

Ok so it is my turn to post a Wednesday project on the Digital Delights blog today and the theme Sandy and I chose for June is Masculine Projects! Oh yeah!!

Now Father’s Day is fast approaching but I need some family birthday cards too so for my make this time I decided to make a birthday card for my little brother. Well he’s not really little but he will always be that way to me bless ‘im! J

Now having three younger brothers I grew up surrounded (quite literally) by Star Wars and Marvel comic book heroes (Super!!) and my little brother’s favourite of these by a long shot was Spiderman.  So what image could be more perfect for him than SPIDER STEVIE! Isn’t he just FAB!!

Wendy has created lots of Superhero characters and they can be found HERE and as part of a super value set HERE. Too cute!

The sentiment is from THE SUPERHERO SENTIMENT SET and I coloured STEVIE using Spectrum Noir markers and pencils.  The spiders and their webs are cut using my Silhouette Portrait.

Ingredients:
