The Paper Nest Dolls Challenge #8!

Hello! How is everyone? Good I hope!

So today launches our new monthly challenge over on THE PAPER NEST DOLLS CHALLENGE BLOG and our theme as always is Anything Goes! Once again we are sponsored by the wonderful…

…who are also offering this a fab prize……

… so check out THE BLOG for all the details!

Now my image this week is part of the JULY NEW RELEASE and her name is ARTIST EMMA! What a sweetheart!  I suppose to embrace the spirit of the subject matter I should have made an ‘easel’ card, but I didn’t. Hey ho!

I wandered a little out of my comfort zone with this one.  I used my Aqua Tints to create ‘painty’ backing papers and coloured EMMA and a splodgey background with Inktense Pencils which I haven’t used for ages.  Hmmm… more practice methinks!

It is unfortunate that Emma’s artistic skills were very much reliant on my own so I don’t really rate her ‘effort’ as seen on my homemade easel (more Pitiful then Picasso).  But she did try, bless her so you gotta luv her for that!!! J
