The Paper Nest Dolls Challenge #8!

Hello! How is everyone? Good I hope!

Now my image this week is part of the JULY NEW RELEASE and her name is ARTIST EMMA! What a sweetheart!  I suppose to embrace the spirit of the subject matter I should have made an ‘easel’ card, but I didn’t. Hey ho!
I wandered a little out of my comfort zone with this one.  I used my Aqua Tints to create ‘painty’ backing papers and coloured EMMA and a splodgey background with Inktense Pencils which I haven’t used for ages.  Hmmm… more practice methinks!
It is unfortunate that Emma’s artistic skills were very much reliant on my own so I don’t really rate her ‘effort’ as seen on my homemade easel (more Pitiful then Picasso).  But she did try, bless her so you gotta luv her for that!!! J

Colouring/Ink:  Inktense Pencils – Spectrum Noir Aqua Tints – Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers DI
Others: Pearls
Hopeless Hand drawings (making a thankfully brief return J!): Easel painting - Paintbrushes

    Fabulous Jane, love the colours you have chosen here and the aqua tint background looks perfect to me!! I think she could give van gogh a run for his money with her take on "Sunflowers"!! Hope all is well with you xx
