The Paper Nest Dolls Challenge #10!

Hello! How is everyone? Good I hope!

Today launches our new monthly Anything Goes challenge over on THE PAPER NEST DOLLS CHALLENGE BLOG ! As always we have a fab prize to offer our winner so check out THE BLOG for all the details!
Well here we are in October (already) and I thought it would be rude not to acknowledge the approach of All Hallows’ Eve.  Therefore I made a ‘spooky’ wall hanger featuring the not-at-all-frightening VAMPIRE OWEN and papers and elements from some of the fab Polkadoodles Halloween bundles.
I coloured Owen and the pumpkin with my can’t-stop-using-them LYRA REMBRANDT POLYCOLOR PENCILS and fussy cut them to go on top of my scene.  A bit of Serif digi merging has gone on here to create the sky and ground behind the haunted house and to mat the sentiment on top of the pumpkin.  Hey, get me!!
I really adore this image and just had to use him for the challenge.  I have to admit to being a bit of a Halloween fan and we have a party every year so this will be hanging up somewhere in my house! Oooooooh! (That’s a ghost noise by the way!!)

Ingredients:
Image: VAMPIRE OWEN
Background image, bat, papers sentiment and pumpkin: POLKADOODLES
Dies/Punches: Tattered Lace ‘Large Decorative Rectangles’
Card: Neenah Solar White - DCWV
Colouring: LYRA REMBRANDT POLYCOLOR PENCILS
Others: Eyelets – Seam Binding – Card Candi - Stickles

    LOVE it! I must admit I've always been partial to going out trick-or-treating with the munchkins. Usually made their costumes every year too (my favourites being the Phantom and Christine, shame the effort was wasted on the uncultured philistines around here, lol). Unfortunately now that they are almost 13 and 16 they're considered too old to go around begging random strangers for sweets!
    I bet you'll have a fab party with such gorgeous home-made decor! x
