Delightful Challenge Thursday – Simple Times!

Hello, how are you? Hope all is well with you and yours!

Blimey it’s Thursday already so that means we have a new challenge at the Delightful Challenge Blog and our theme this week is Simple Times!  So we would like to see CAS creations please!

I chose to use the fabulous Flower Pot Faces Set for my card.  These flowers have such sweet faces and this is a great value set as it contains three sentiments and three different potted flowers.  

Ingredients:
Image & Sentiment: Flower Pot Faces Set
Dies: Tonic ‘Nesting Ovals
Paper/Card: Neenah Solar White
Colouring/Ink: Spectrum Noir pencils – SN BG2 marker to outline
Others: Gems
Hopeless Hand drawings: Dodgy Doodling!!!

    This is WONDERFUL Jane, although I knew, before I saw the photograph, that it wouldn't be a square white card with a die cut twig!! Love the apertures and the gorgeous images and the colouring, as ever, is fab too! xx

    Hi, Jane! This is PURE HAPPINESS! How can anyone not smile REAL BIG when seeing this darling creation!? Love the colors, but it is the card design which really attracts me. Those two ovals cut so precisely on top - I HAVE to know - is your background paper that holds the 2 flowers all one piece, or did you use two pieces and carefully position them under your two ovals? I know a lot of thought and planning went into this card, and I've pinned it for future reference - it is fantastic! hugs, de
